Please note that some participants have been selected to chair a session. As a session chair, your responsibilities include introducing the speakers in your session, managing the Q&A, and ensuring that each presentation adheres strictly to the allocated time: 20 minutes for the presentation, followed by 10 minutes for Q&A and changeover. If a speaker exceeds their allotted time, you are expected to intervene and bring the presentation to a close. If you are unable or unwilling to chair your session, please identify another participant from your session who can take on this important and highly visible role.
